The program
The program name is the Lukasz newsletter, sent by the sole proprietor brand My Starter Profile. It is a recurring SMS and, where supported, MMS program about design work, studio notes, and occasional announcements. Lukasz Wieczorek, doing business as lukasz.io, is the sender. Twilio, Inc. only transmits the messages.
Joining is optional. Consent is not a condition of browsing lukasz.io, hiring me, or buying anything.
How you join
You opt in on the signup form by entering your mobile number and checking the optional promotional and marketing SMS box for My Starter Profile. That box is not selected for you, and it is not required to browse this site. Checking it is consent only to promotional and marketing text messages. It is separate from these terms and from the privacy policy.
You confirm that the number is yours, or that you have permission from the account holder to use it. The program is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
Messages you agree to receive

- A confirmation when you join.
- Replies to STOP and HELP, including one final opt-out confirmation.
Message frequency varies, and is typically no more than four newsletter messages a month, plus those confirmation and help messages. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier sets those rates. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
