ABOUT
See It LiveProject overview
ThisBS was a personal speed project. It started with a simple question: what if you could get the strongest honest case for every side of an argument, all in one place? And can I do it in a few days? The concept was straightforward. Input any piece of media, run it through a steel man engine, and surface the best version of both positions. No agenda, no editorial slant. Just rigorous sourced reasoning that respects the user's ability to think for themselves. Building it fast meant skipping a formal design phase entirely and letting real user feedback shape the experience. That constraint turned out to be the best design decision I made.

The Build
This project was as much about pushing new tools as shipping a product. Built almost entirely through Cursor with Next.js and React as the foundation, and OpenRouter keeping the LLM layer flexible, the constraint was simple: design on the fly, build fast, and get it live within days. No planning phase, no handoff, just momentum.
Designing in the Browser
There was no formal design process here, and that was intentional. Visual decisions were made in real time, in the browser, without the safety net of a design tool. Not ideal for designing but perfect for pitching an idea fast or proving a concept.
